New Zealand Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving it.

  • Major Cities Deliveries (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch): A flat rate of $13 per order.

  • North Island Small Towns Deliveries: A flat rate of $13.50 per order.

  • South Island Small Towns Deliveries: A flat rate of $15 per order.


Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 or redeem your Lux Points at checkout.

Please note:

  • We deliver to physical addresses only (no PO boxes).

  • A tracking link will be sent to the recipient's email address provided during checkout.

  • While most deliveries arrive promptly, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

  • Rural Deliveries: While most rural addresses can be reached by our freight provider, some remote locations may only be serviced to the nearest depot. Please track your item using the provided link and collect your box from the depot as instructed by the freight company.

 

Delivery Without Signature:
All parcels within New Zealand are sent without a signature required. If you don’t have a safe place for the package to be left, please let us know, and we can arrange delivery with a signature required.


Special Note for Boxes contains Coffee:
To ensure freshness, we do not stock large quantities of coffee.

Please allow up to 7 business days for fresh batches of coffee to arrive before your box is shipped.

Returns


Change of Mind: Due to the curated and personalised nature of our gift boxes, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If your gift box arrives with a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a suitable solution. Photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item(s) and your order number will be required.

Opened Food and Beverage Items: We do not accept returns for opened food or beverage items due to health and safety reasons.

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • If the box needs to be returned due to an error on our end or by the freight company, return shipping will be free.

  • If the return is due to reasons unrelated to our error, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
